Items in stock will be dispatched within 2 working days.
Any item not in stock will be dispatched within 10 working days. During holiday periods this dispatch time will increase but you will be notified of this at the time of placing your order.
Any bespoke item will have the dispatch time specified at the time of quotation.
All of our packaging is 100% recyclable, where possible.
Damages to packaging must be reported to the delivery driver on delivery.
For deliveries outside the UK please contact us for delivery rates.
If you are not 100% happy with your product when it arrives, you are welcome to return the product which we will either exchange or issue a full refund. in the unlikely event your parcel arrives damaged or faulty or you wish to return it, please e mail us with your issues and so that return can be arranged.
Postage refunded only when items are faulty or damaged in transit.
All returns must be reported within 14 days and sent back to us within 30 days of receipt of the parcel. This does not affect your statutory rights.
