Q. I can’t find the exact size of chopping board I need, what can I do?
A. All of our items are handmade, as a result most items can be custom made in any size you require. If you can’t find the exact size or product you require please contact us with your requirements.
Q. How much do I pay for delivery?
A. Our standard delivery is 3-5 days. Please see individual items for details of delivery charges. If you require a quicker delivery there will be additional charges and you will need to contact us for details of our premium delivery service which is based on the weight of the product.
Q. What happens if I want to return an item?
A. While we are sure you will be delighted with your product, if you wish to return an item then you are free to do so for a full refund. The only exception to this is if an item has been custom made or engraved unless, of course, that item is damaged or faulty. We cannot refund delivery charges unless an item is faulty.
Q. Do you have a shop or workshop I can visit?
A. Unfortunately, not at the moment. However if you wish to discuss anything please use the contact facility on this website and we will get back in touch with you as soon as possible.
Q. How do I care for my new product?
A. All of our items are supplied with full care instructions which will help you to care for your product and keep it in first class condition. By following these instructions your product should give you many years of service.
Q. I have just bought a tea light holder from you. Where can I buy replacement candles?
A. We can supply replacement candles / tea lights to fit all of our holders.
Q. If I order two products will they be identical?
A. They will be identical in dimensions and design, but as wood is a natural product there will be differences in the grain, giving each piece it’s own unique quality.
